Some of the key differences: Contrast detection AF points: A7RII has 25, RIII has 425. II does 5fps burst, III does 10fps. II has one memory card slot, III has two. Battery life: II is 340 shots, III is 650. It's simply more suited for a mix of both photography and videography. The A7II is truly inept for video and the ZV-E10's controls aren't really optimized for photo (and it lacks an EVF). However if these are your only two options then the ZV-E10 is the easy choice. It's much more recent with far more modern features, the video quality is much A7iii - launched back in 2018 but A FULL FRAME! I am getting a7iii for almost the price of a6600.
